shipping and returns
We offer shipping to almost all countries in Europe. If you want to ship outside Europe, please contact us for a shipping price. Your shipping options to your country are mentioned in the shipping option when you choose your delivery.
Maximum weight in international shippings is 3 kilos, the shipping partner being GLS. In Finland the maximum weight is 9 kilos and the service provider is DB Schenker. If you'd like to order more, please contact us so we'll get you a rate. All shipments will include a tracking number to gauge delivery progress. If the shipment includes several packages, all packages will have their own tracking number.
Depending on the location, estimate arrival 2-5 business days, but may be longer during the holidays. Please note, the international recipient is responsible for any local duties due at delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be packed within 24 hours, starting from the first business day after the holidays.
Please enter your shipping address and postal code correctly. Be extra careful when it comes to restrictions: choose your postal code accordingly. There are restrictions in Spain, Greece, Portugal, Malta and Norway. If you choose a wrong shipping postal code, please let us know immediately. We have a right to withhold the parcel before full payment has been made. If you've chosen a cheaper postal code we'll refund the extra money.
If the address you provided is wrong and incurred a service charge by the carrier for intercepting a package already in transit, you will be responsible for the additional service charges and the over delivery time. Please double check your address after entering.
We do not accept PO Box addresses for shipping.
Returns and exchanges
We stand by the quality of our products. Our product pictures are realistic and informative. Please read the text and look at the pictures thoroughly. We will accept any return within 14 days of purchase. If you regret making your purchase, please email us of your concerns and we will try our best to make you happy. The return postage will be paid by the buyer. The postage fee is the same as shipping fee.
When returning, please contact us before you return the product as we order the return shipping, stating the reason for the return, your name, and order number, and if you would prefer exchange, store credit or a refund. The package has to be unopened, unused, and in original packaged condition. They must have their original packaging and the tea packages must be unopened. The parcel must be shipped in the original package to protect the items from breakage. If returning, please ship it in a box (not a padded envelope) to better protect the tea and tea ware during shipping!
Please note: shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we shipped the wrong order or the product was broken upon arrival.
